Synopsis: The book contains poems that give voice to characters involved in the 1612 Pendle witch trials, where ten people were hanged at the Lancaster Assizes. It also includes other poems, notably "The Ballad of the Yorkshire Ripper". The book was published in both a trade and a limited edition format (100 copies only). This is the 1st UK limited edition, with grey cloth boards, a tissue wraparound cover, with a CD inserted in the rear of the book. Includes an exclusive DVD with a half-hour interview with the author, filmed early in 2012.
