The "Tippy Tappy" Man

An image of Morecambe legend Roger Obertelli, the "Tippy Tappy" man, so called as Roger was always to be found tip-tapping along and dancing at any event in town. As a boy, Roger played in the streets with his friend Eric Morecambe. The image is printed on archival art paper in either A3 or A4 sizes and supplied unframed, rolled in a tube.
