Description: The Isolette I, folding camera is a lovely piece of mid-century photographic engineering, produced by Agfa in Germany between 1951 and 1958. The Isolette series were popular for their compact, bellows-style design and use of 120 roll film, producing 6×6 cm medium format negatives. Sadly, shutter appears not to be working.

• Viewfinder: Simple optical viewfinder, not through-the-lKey Features:

• Agnar 85mm f/4.5 lens.

• Shutter: Vario or Pronto shutter, offering basic speeds (often 1/25 to 1/200 sec) and a flash sync.

• Focus: Front-element focusing

• Build: Metal body with leatherette covering, and a folding bellows mechanism

• Viewfinder: Simple optical viewfinder.

This model was considered a low-specification but reliable option for amateur photographers. It’s often praised today for its elegant design and the quality of images it can produce when properly maintained.
